Change font, text and styling for Mark stage as complete confirmation modal #307

The confirmation modal for mark stage as complete must look similar to the following example:

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Have a thin grey line as the divider similar to the screenshot
  2. Change the text to: Are you sure you want to mark stage as complete?
  3. Change the button names to Confirm and Cancel with Confirm button highlighted in the same green as the command center green
  4. The font used in the confirmation modal must be the same font used throughout the application

@claudiahalip There is a weird border around the "Mark stage as complete" modal. When you click on the screen again, the border is gone. Please remove the border and make it the same as the decline modal.
