Bug: Grant Amount not as in the application #359

Bill needs to be able to rely that the Grant amount appearing on Google Sheet is the same in the application details in the app.

These are some of the values set in the google sheet: image.png

Not working for amounts greater than 3 digits. Please fix them @KeenanJones1 @ZeroJimmy100

The amount is not correctly displayed if the amount exceeds 3 digits. For example, if the amount is $1000, it displays as $1.00.

Also, the grant amount requested is displayed twice on the application detail page. Please remove one.
