Ensure all emails being sent from the application are from the address: nomination@keepswimmingfoundation.org

Per 11/29 standup, we want all emails sent to the HP or FM to come from nomination@keepswimmingfoundation.org and have this as the reply-to address. Emails should not show as coming from formmaster, testuser, Bill, or any other email address we have used for development or testing.
