ACL Support #157

It would be very nice to add IMAP ACL support (rfc 4314).

I made some changes to get this rolling. However, it seems to be a lot of work to get fully implemented. Eventually it will be there, but mostly the Settings -> Folders editor needs a revamp with all the (upcoming) features.
