Account already exists #1571

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Accounts'
  3. Click on 'Add an Account'
  4. After filling in the account information, click Add
  5. Show account already exists

Expected behavior Accounts should be added correctly

same here, added the domain in the admin but can't add an account as a user for it
