Add account button has gone away / other acccounts are no longer accessible #1614

Also since 2.36.1 -> 2.36.2 -> 2.36.3 upgrade, we no longer see :

Now the menu looks like this:

I've tried to downgrade from 2.36.3 to 2.36.1 but Nextcloud does not allow this :-\

It is off ! How come ? Is this a newly created parameter that is off by default ?

No, it even exists in RainLoop
