Add theme based on the Outlook modern "magnetic" theme.

On a side note, I'd like to have implented it to fit in Nextcloud V25+ but I couldn't get it working unfortunately.

That theme of hampoelz is big and takes a lot of effort to make. Maybe you eventually find a way to do it.
