Preview the effects of enabling a protection #359

This can be done by giving the protection dummy capabilities that render to a message the same way list preview will work

Are config.noop dummy capabilities going to be a dummy of a capability or a capability interface? Given that renderers are defined for capabilities and not their interface, it will probably have to be for capabilities.
