Pantalaimon support is a questionable and depressing. Either we're leading users down the wrong path or it is woefully bad #370

We get people encoutnering issues with Pantalaimon config way too often in the support room, and it does need investigating

In theory we did have native e2ee support via bot sdk in the old draupnir Code. Maybe that's better?
