Bug fails to be reproduced against @cat_test_user_1:feline.support by my personal draupnir running v2.0.0-beta.2-2-gc7a9394 aka its running Git at some specific point when i ban user in room A and user gets propagation asked and banned and then ban is propagated to room B.

Edit: Deployment information mdad Develop tagged Draupnir and Stock mdad Draupnir config and no Pantal in use. Mdad does offer pantal so if someone wants to they can try to replicate my deployment with Pantal to be able to help do A/B testing of this exact issue since mdad setups that are not highly custom are extremely similar to each other helping isolate variables that are contributing to this issue.
