Missing pills when being prompted for what policy list to use. #551

Pills and short codes are completely missing when prompted for what policy list to use.

And logs only say processing command so they are not saying anything is going wrong.

L4 - Is it normal for most users to have 7 lists, 6 of which are on the same server?

Gnuxie its more of a Element users had pills but now they have to deal with exclusively having access to bare room IDs.

nheko users are used to looking at the room IDs because of nheko. But yes the missing short codes are a problem too for both groups.

Do you want me to make this a L5 since this is for all users?

Like the label to question is T5 or T3.
