Quality metrics by resolution

So you determine "quality" by resolution. This isn't really a good metric because

• Most anime (across all time) is probably only worth ~720p.
• You're not taking into account filesize, while more filesize is better, there is a point when more size is just bloat. You could have a quality predictor which takes into account resolution & filesize.
• In an extreme corner case, it would pioritize say, crappy bitstarved 60fps 1080p upscales of SD-era anime
• case 720p is unhandled. not sure if deliberate or not.
• You're not accounting for BD/DVD vs (HD)TV (Disc is usually better)
• Some other cases & issues I haven't outlined here like formats&compatibility.

I only used it for certain sub groups and for those the checks worked, and file size bloat wasn't really a problem for me since my storage was pretty much endless. (love you Coalgirls)

At the other hand, the scoring is only for display purposes and help you choose. because for those reasons you stated and faulty title selection, the automatic selection is moot

But as said on the previous issue, this project isn't maintained anymore, you could built these checks on top of my current service odango.moe and odango-cli.
