Geodata should not be pulled from a geojson, but from the database. #22

Simply because geojson data will not be updated when we update the database. We want to make sure that users always see the latest data and this is not possible when relying on hardcoded geojson file.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Project repo should no longer have a data folder containing geojson files.
