"Six Steps" mini-alidade #33

the "Six Steps" mini-alidade is a single-page form that should directly print a PDF file with the indications. It could be achieved by tying together the outcome of #30 and #34

@IronRunes I am thinking of ditching the form functionality and using the remaining time for final cosmetic improvements (there are various ones that need to be made)

This is only pending the PDF generation. Should be fairly quick to do.
