@the-ethan-hunt @RN0311 I've made this PR after waiting 4 days for your responses regarding the folder in which I was supposed to put the article! Since no response came, I put it in /guides/Programming_Paradigm/OOP/

Please label the Issue #161 before reviewing this PR!

@pbiswas101 extremely sorry! I have been travelling and I am not able to review all PRs everyday. No issue with the folder.
