[Feature Request] Add category icons #123

As a user, I would like to upload a custom icon per category. This icon should be uploaded to the Wordpress media library (or be chosen from there). It would be displayed on the left side of the event name in the month, list or day views. This way, not only colours would identify the events by category but alternatively the icons.

Unfortunately this is out of scope for this plugin.
