Legend for views #126

Hi @afragen

I was tinkering a bit with this over the weekend and this is what I came up with. Hope you find it helpful and / or useful.

Feel free to use or discard. :)

Sidenote: I realized that when clicking on a category in the legend, the visitor will always be taken to the main calendar view. I think that could be fixed somehow to make sure that the respective view and parameters are taken into account. (legend.php:17) I'm just not good enought to know how.

I think this is from TEC. All I really do is surface the category links. It is annoying, but I don't know how to fix it either.
