Calendar Stopped working after Upgrade #32

Closed lightcresent closed 10 years ago

I upgraded the WP, Calendar Plugin to latest version and the calendar interface on the front end stopped working:

I have used the plugin on following url: http://www.hhef.org/calendar/

Can you suggest the fix?

Difficult to say, looks like we need user credentials to view that page. If you deactivate The Events Calendar Category Colors does it work again?

Deactivated the Category Colors plugin, still doesn't work...

You can login with tester / 123456 to view that page

If you've deactivated the Category Colors plugin and it's not working you might have a theme or plugin conflict. It might be best to create a forum thread over at https://tri.be/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/

If you're calendar isn't working with the Category Colors plugin deactivated then you need to solve that issue first.

Well... it was working with same theme past several months.... Just did WP upgrade to latest version and it stopped working since then....

Can you suggest something?

afragen commented 10 years ago

It almost looks like you have another events calendar in addition to TEC. http://www.hhef.org/events/ shows an events calendar that is not The Events Calendar.

Can you list every plugin you are using?

Right - but in your case it sounds like the problem is not with The Events Calendar Category Colors, but with The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO themselves.

With that in mind this isn't really the best place to pursue things and I can really only reiterate what Andy said: it's probably best to tackle the issues you are experiencing with Events Calendar PRO / The Events Calendar first of all and you should do so in the appropriate forum.

Closing as it doesn't sound like a TECCC issue as such.
