CRUD Implementation of Classes #5

GET      v1/api/3.5e/class          for all classes
GET      v1/api/3.5e/class/raceId   for a specific class
POST     v1/api/3.5e/class          to create a class
PUT      v1/api/3.5e/class/raceId   to update a class
DELETE   v1/api/3.5e/class/raceId   to delete a class

For now we should focus only on 3.5e PHB 1 by name only.
