getting inline react textarea editing out of pm flow

todo: make attribution-editor and widget-cta modals to trigger

Note on modals: can make a new Ed prop onBlockEdit(id), so apps can override default modal. Caveat: for now I say that all the API workarounds are better in one place (here).
