Change "Get started for free" to "Sign in"

Changed Get started for free to Sign in to make the navmenu simpler and more relevant to users who already signed up to Hive.

(We can't render Get started and Sign in conditionally based on some cookie, because we're using next export and above the fold content would either noticeably blink or raise a hydration mismatch error.)
