Added new date for 0.14.0.0

Adjusted the wipe-details.json with the new date for 0.14.0.0 ( 27-12-2023 )

Hello. Can you include the time of the wipe too?

Sure, which timezone do you want, I believe for CET it was around 3 pm available. ( not really working xD ) Kept it only as a date due to the majority is without a time.

@LiQQie how come the commits on this pull request are coming from the @TBLGQA user? This appears kind of odd as that user somehow has 0 contributions in the last year even though they made commits on this pull request. Just curious!

Yeah my bad, shouldn't be that user adjusted it locally after I saw it as well
