[Add Interchange map labels for stores]

Labeled most landmarks on the map Interchange.

Description 🗒️

Added the labels for all stores on both floors of the central mall, as well as the major stores on the outside. Also added the four lettered garages A,B,C, and D. Set the map to load the 2nd floor of the central mall to start since this is the main area of attraction on the map. Further landmarks on the outer rim of the map can still be added.
