[Request] Currency Converter #932

Describe the Feature Request

I thought there already was a Currency Converter for converting Roubles, USD, and Euro's after about 10 mins looking for it even searched the code base for references realized there isn't one.

Just adding something simple somewhere would be a great feature / addition to the tools currently offered.

So as far as I know the only way to convert currency in-game is with Skier for EUR and Peacekeeper for USD right? and there's no converting back to RUB
