Fix Ammo Page, Add Armor Info and more

Fixes Ammo page crashing.

Adds soft armor filter plate armor filter to armor page. Also shows info on soft armor and compatible plates on armor item pages.

Fixes:

fix civilian body markers
add map transits
update banner
exclude toy gun ammo
simplify marker type selection
reduce upper color range for markers
dynamic ammo symbols
new factory satellite map
optimize/reduce tarkov tracker API calls

Resolves #974
