"LOOK IN TUNNEL" prints the wrong response when in Church Street City #50

Church Street City
This Indoor City is a fairly recent one, and almost by definition, therefore, a
fairly low-quality structure. A tunnel leads west toward Heiman Village, and the
main entrance to this IC is from the north.

Park Street descends into the gloom of the tunnel.

Church Street City is nowhere near Park Street, so this message is clearly meant for Halley & Park and Aquarium & Park. But TUNNEL-F makes no such distinction for the LOOK-INSIDE action:
