Like with many other building-like objects, the game has a CARLOT object for parking lots. It's nowhere near as thoroughly implemented as the others (perhaps cut for space?), but I did notice that some rooms that should have CARLOT as local global don't.
SOUTHWAY-AND-RIVER, since the description even mentions a car lot.
RIVER-AND-PARK, since the description mentions a stadium skycar lot.
ZOO-ENTRANCE, since the description mentions a stadium skycar lot.
STADIUM-LOT-A, STADIUM-LOT-B and STADIUM-LOT-C since they are parking lots.
