There's still a Secretary of Morality in 2091? #77

So who is Eleanor Fortzman? She's mentioned in the manual (the Joybooth commercial) as an USNA leader. Perelman describes her as heading "some prestigious conservative think-tank out on the west coast". It's hard to say what should become of her in 2091, so perhaps Jill just shouldn't know about her in that year?

The InvisiClues only suggests that you can ask Jill about her in 2041 and 2051.
