"ASK person ABOUT MINDEX" doesn't work as intended #85

The librarian gives you an odd look.

That's the default response (and not just for the librarian), but there should be a specific message for Mindex. It's handled by this part of SPEAR-CARRIER-F:

                      <COND (<PRSO? ,MINDEX>
                             <TELL " \"It's an illegal drug.\"">)>
                      <CRLF>)>)

Changing <PRSO? ,MINDEX> to <PRSI? ,MINDEX> fixes it:

>ASK LIBRARIAN ABOUT MINDEX
The librarian gives you an odd look. "It's an illegal drug."
