Wrong behavior for "LISTEN TO DOORBELL" in your home #19

There is this bit in DOORBELL-F:

           (<AND <VERB? LISTEN>
             <NOT <IS? ,PRSO ,TOUCHED>>>
        <I-DOORBELL <>>
        ,FATAL-VALUE)

However, this means you will hear the doorbell even before it starts ringing. And since it's FROOM-DOOR that gets "touched" once the bell stops ringing, not DOORBELL, you will hear it ring even after it stops. See I-DOORBELL.
