And possibly for "CLIMB DOWN LADDER" as well:

Climbing a ladder while it is horizontal is, at best, a contradiction in terms.

>CLIMB LADDER
Bizarre!

>CLIMB DOWN LADDER
You can't go that way.

That should be simple to fix in LADDER-F.
