Wrong timing when spying on Dunbar and Baxter?

It looks like the messages when spying on Baxter and Dunbar are slightly off:

>LOOK THROUGH WINDOW
You can vaguely make out the inside of the shed through the grime.  You can
vaguely see 2 people inside the shed.

>AGAIN
Through the grimy window you see Mr. Baxter and Ms. Dunbar talking. Dunbar is
doing most of the talking, barely restraining tears. Baxter is listening,
nodding grimly, and occassionally saying a few words. Unfortunately, you can't
make any of them out.

>AGAIN

Dunbar starts to cry and is embraced by Mr. Baxter.

from their gestures that a serious argument is occurring. Dunbar appears very
upset and breaks into tears. Baxter remains composed, but tense and  perhaps
angry -- you can't be sure.
Baxter and Dunbar both leave the shed, heading off in different directions.
Mr. Baxter is walking past you.
Ms. Dunbar is walking past you.

I'm guessing that the first message shouldn't be there at all, and that the "Mr. Baxter seems furious ..." message is supposed to be the last one. I.e. there is an off-by-one error in SHED-WINDOW-F.

Though to fix this we really need to verify everything that depends on the value of ``SECRET-MEETING´´.
