The game sometimes ends very abruptly if you try to arrest Baxter and Dunbar #53

Sergeant Duffy rushes into view. "Ms. Dunbar is dead! She has shot herself in
her room! Come quickly!" He dashes off.

The case has ended. Would you like to start your investigation over from
scratch? (Y/N) >

Almost the same thing happens if you know she's dead:

>ARREST BAXTER AND DUNBAR
Ms. Dunbar is dead!

The case has ended. Would you like to start your investigation over from
scratch? (Y/N) >

And when you arrest both of them early, but not that early:

>ARREST BAXTER AND DUNBAR
You realize the arrest would be a trifle premature, since you're not even sure
that a murder was committed.

The case has ended. Would you like to start your investigation over from
scratch? (Y/N) >

It seems to me that OBJECT-PAIR-F should return here, and not end the game. (At first, I thought maybe it should proceed as if you arrested only Baxter if Dunbar is dead, but that doesn't fit with Duffy's line.)

You missed the word "arrest" in this issue title.
