Dear Inspector,
I am sorry to inform you that the District Attorney's office has declined to
seek an indictment against Mrs. Robner in the case of the death of Mr. Robner,
against your recommendation. It is still not clear that Mr. Robner was murdered,
although, as you point out, there are a number of suspicious characters in the
Robner household.
