Pouring water on the flashlight makes it wet, but doesn't make it go out #65

rusty bucket contains water.

The water continues to dribble out of the rusty bucket.

>POUR WATER ON FLASHLIGHT
You pour water over it, making a mess.

>INVENTORY
You have a rusty bucket and a flashlight (providing light).

>EXAMINE FLASHLIGHT
The soggy flashlight is switched on, but isn't working.

This is handled by PORTABLE-WATER-F. It's a bit too long to paste here, but it does have special cases for the candles and the matches, and it will always set WETBIT. But there is no check for the flashlight.
