"TAKE OFF RING" says it's stuck on your finger, even if you're not wearing it

The "TAKE OFF RING" command is handled by the DISEMBARK action in WEAR-RING-FCN. (It does not recognize "REMOVE RING", by the way.)

There are at least two problems with this:

• The game claims it's stuck, even if I'm not wearing it. In fact, even if I haven't even picked it up yet.
• Even though it's supposedly stuck on my finger, there's nothing that keeps me from dropping it.
