You can follow the flytrap into the hole even when you're not near the hole #64

Clearing
   This is a tiny anti-oasis of barrenness amidst the teeming Venusian jungle.
Winding paths enter the jungle in most directions.
   Tiffany trails along.
   You hear a crash from the west.

>FOLLOW FLYTRAP
Hey! There's a big, hungry, angry Venus flytrap down here also!

      ****  You have died  ****

That's because TRAP-FLYTRAP sets FOLLOW-FLAG even if you're not in the same room as the flytrap when it falls into the hole, and FLYTRAP-F does not check where you are when you try to follow it.

Another odd thing is that if you put the flexible circle in the tree hole, you can still enter it even if the flytrap is also in the hole. Arguably you shouldn't be able to reach it without climbing into the hole first:

>LOOK
Fork, Of Sorts
   This jungle path once split here, went around a mighty tree, and rejoined off
to the east. Now, it splits here, goes around a mighty hole, and rejoins off to
the east.
   Tiffany is here, alertly surveying your surroundings.
   It seems that the tree hole contains a flexible black circle, a whole bunch
of leaves and a Venus flytrap.

>ENTER CIRCLE
You're sucked into the hole in a direction that isn't down, but neither is it
one of the other directions with which you're familiar.

Boudoir, on the divan
   There is only enough light here to make out vague shapes. You seem to be
lying on a plush divan. You hear heavy breathing from nearby, and realize that
you are not alone on the couch. A pleasing odor comes from close by.
   A few seconds later, you see Tiffany's big toe appear, followed almost
immediately by the rest of her.

But I didn't think that warranted a separate bug report.

Though trying to take the flexible circle instead does kill you:

>TAKE CIRCLE
The Venus flytrap pulls you in. A little known fact about Venus flytraps: they
secrete an enzyme which stimulates the pleasure centers of their victim. Hence,
you experience multiple orgasms as your flesh is quietly dissolved away. What a
way to go.
