You can get congratulated multiple times for identifying the ghost #62

Usually the game will check before calling CONGRATS, but COSTUME-F does not. It should check <ZERO? <GET ,FOUND-COSTUME ,PLAYER-C>>, just like DISCOVER does.

This is particularly noticeable in the blue and green versions, where you can find the costume hidden in the villain's bedroom.
