Missing quotation marks when asking about the temperature gauge #39

A number of conversation topics are handled by COMMON-ASK-ABOUT, such as the magazine and the temperature gauge. When you ask about the latter, there are no quotation marks around the reply:

>ASK TIP ABOUT MAGAZINE
"It's a magazine called 'SCIENCE WORLD.'"

>ASK TIP ABOUT TEMPERATURE GAUGE
The temperature gauge is a thermometer for an important part of the engine.

So was it Tip who said that, or was I just thinking it?
