"FIND <object>" doesn't handle local globals and SURFACEBIT

The not very useful "FIND object" command, implemented by V-FIND, has at least two shortcomings:

• If you search for a local global object, e.g. an airlock door, it says "Beats me."
• If you search for an object that's on a container with SURFACEBIT, it will still tell you that the object is in the container, not on.
