You can turn off the computer when it's already off #66

>TURN ON COMPUTER
The lights in the room come on and there is a deafening FOOOOM! noise as the
computer starts up.
Lights blink on the main display and the word "Fault" appears.

>TURN ON COMPUTER
It's already on.

>TURN OFF COMPUTER
The computer is off.

>TURN OFF COMPUTER
The computer is off.

Should be a simple fix in SWITCH-FCN.
