CLOCK-POWDER handles TAKE, so it should perhaps have TRYTAKEBIT? #41

Since CLOCK-POWDER-F handles "TAKE" (for reasons I don't fully understand), perhaps CLOCK-POWDER should have TRYTAKEBIT to prevent implicit taking from messing it up?
