Should Monica respond if you ask her about Terry? #48

There are two cases in MONICA-F for when asking her about Terry:

    <COND (<OR <EQUAL? .OBJ ,MONEY ,GLOBAL-PTA>
           <EQUAL? .OBJ ,GLOBAL-TERRY ,GENERIC-CAR>>
           <TELL
"\"That has nothing to do with why Dad asked you here.\"" CR>)
          (<EQUAL? .OBJ ,GLOBAL-TERRY>
           <TELL "\"Terry's a good friend of mine, that's all.\"" CR>)

The second one seems more appropriate to me, but it never reaches that. Should it?
