You can ask phong to give you the keys, even if he's already given them to you #55

You can ask Phong for the keys, and he'll give them to you even if you've already gotten them from him. And if you no longer have them, he'll magically transfer them to you.

>INVENTORY
You are carrying:
  a threatening note
  a telegram
  a pair of handcuffs
  a snub-nosed Colt
  a match book

>PHONG, GIVE KEYS TO ME
"Here, you may as well take them. I don't see how Mr. Linder can object now."

I'm not sure if this should be fixed in TAKE-PHONG-KEYS or in PHONG-KEYS-F. Possibly both.
