Duffy can talk to you when he shouldn't be there #6

Immediately after Mr. Linder has been shot, before Duffy arrives:

>ACCUSE CORPSE SUICIDE
Duffy appears for a moment. "So you believe that Linder's death was suicide? I'm
not convinced. But if you'll just "arrest Mr. Linder," we can go on from there."
He disappears again.

(According to the manual, the correct command should have been "ACCUSE CORPSE OF SUICIDE", but I can't find any syntax definition for that. Another bug...?)

You can also have him appear even if he's off to the laboratory:

>ANALYZE GUN
Sergeant Duffy, quiet as a mouse, walks up and takes the snub-nosed Colt from
you. "I'll return soon with the results," he says, and leaves as silently as he
came.

>ANALYZE NOTE
Sergeant Duffy ran off to the lab on an errand for you. You'll have to wait for
him to return.

>ANALYZE NOTE FOR NOTE
Sergeant Duffy appears with a puzzled look on his face. "I don't see how you
expect the lab to analyze something for itself!" He leaves, shaking his head
slowly.

Basically, we should go through all cases where you can ask Duffy to help you in any way, and check that all the relevant conditions are satisfied. There are at least the following ones to consider:
