You can lock a door while it's open, which I guess makes sense for some types of locks. But if you then try to open it again, it will tell you that it's locked. Shouldn't it act the same way if you try to open an already open door, regardless of whether it's locked or not.
But that's such a minor point that I don't even know if it's worth it...
