Filching from the wizard's cabinet doesn't check if the cabinet is empty #71

The Wizard's trophy cabinet is empty.

The wand grows warm, the Wizard's trophy cabinet seems to glow dimly with
magical essences, and you feel suffused with power.

>SAY "FILCH"
The wand glows very brightly for a moment.
The contents of the case are arrayed at your feet.

That should be trivial to fix in WIZARD-CASE-FCN.
