Floating an object with the wand should probably set its TOUCHBIT #72

I managed to get this while testing the wizard's wand:

Lying in the dust, and covered with mold, is a purple book. (floating in midair)

I guess floating the object should really set its TOUCHBIT to avoid contradictory descriptions like that.
