Add XFCE 4.12 PPA and install Light Locker #105

XFCE has been tested - everything just works correctly out of the box. No configuration-breaking changes, but #103 needs to be fixed urgently. Fixes #94

Light locker replaces XScreensaver in this PR as well. It just works out of the box, but as mentioned in #102 the current idle shutdown logic will need to be tweaked. Fixes #102
