No LibreOffice 4 skel files #67

There is currently no LibreOffice 4 skel files, only LibreOffice 3.

This also means that pull #66 will not fully work, as there will be no LibreOffice integration.

What are the implications of not having LibreOffice 4 skel files? Is it absolutely necessary to have them for Zotero to function?

In short, yes, as a large majority of the configuration etc. of Zotero is stored in the local LibreOffice area. Also, some minor, but important settings that would be useful to have, aren't present e.g. default save path is currently ~/ when it would be more appropriate to have it set as ~/network/home/ to avoid confusion

Could you push a standard LibreOffice 4 skel and remove the LO 3 skel? The Zotero changes can go in a separate PR when the related issues are fixed.
